I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space, and it felt like a home away from home. The pool and bar area were fantastic for relaxing, and the lobby was a great spot to people-watch with a coffee or glass of wine. However, they could certainly improve on customer service as it felt lacking in some areas. The location was perfect, near transport hubs and right across from the beach, making it ideal for families and those who love the ocean. The dining experience was mostly good, except for the disappointing coffee in the dining room. Overall, a great place to stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is wonderfully located right by the beach and Fish Alley, great for dining options, and conveniently close to transport stations. The rooms, although a bit dated in appearance and with a slight unpleasant smell, were kept impeccable during our stay. The service was impeccable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, despite the need for more frequent fumigation. The dining experience was somewhat lacking in variety, although reasonably priced. The hotel's facilities, especially the pool area, enhanced our stay, offering a nice retreat.
